This is Griffin Winton, a high school student who is a… close friend? …. of yesterday’s singer, Lucy Haston (sorry, I’m not Internet-stalkerish enough to determine more than that, just noted the fact that they made several videos together). Lucy plays backup singer for one of Griffin’s songs here. They do a pretty good job of it, methinks.

Sounds like a song that could be decades – or even centuries old.
I have a hard time picking up lyrics. But it’s an interesting moment when he glances at her while singing, “There’s a girl out there.”
Again, she’s quite good.
Sad, wistful song, and there’s something indefinably sweet about their performance together.

Reminds me of classic country from mid 20th century. That was an era when you had a lot of family acts that sang a lot of harmony. Of course this is the 21st century and this song is more honest than would have been allowed back then, though some of those old-time songs were pretty hardcore if you actually listened closely to the lyrics.
I noticed the chemistry between the two also, not only in this video but in others. Thus my comment above. They are quite clearly close friends. Beyond that, I will respect their privacy.
